Fully equipped, very close to city center, supermarkets around, air conditioned great, host very kind and always helpful, good communication.

"Very good location, lots of grocery shops nearby. The apartment has absolutely everything you need"

Despite arriving very late the hostess was waiting for us at the apartment. Handed over the keys, showed us around and gave useful advice. There are many grocery shops nearby.

The landlady has several flats and Booking has pictures of both. The ones we stayed in had a view of the courtyard but no balcony, but for us, this is more of a plus. Audibility with the neighbouring apartments is quite high in the bathroom and kitchen because of the ventilation shaft.

"Amazing host & super good value"

This place was extremely great value and is only a 10 minute walk to old Town and is a really lovely place. The host is also amazing she is so kind, and also allowed me to leave my bags before check in and after check out which was a HUGE help

"Welcoming host and good location."

Our host, Teaodora, was super welcoming, she advised us of places to visit and some restaurants. She even brought us an umbrella in a rainy day. The apartment was very cosy and well equipped.

"Perfect apartment in a great location"

Such a perfect place for our stay in Split. The owner was very helpful even though we arrived so late and was very kind. Perfect location near the beautiful Marjan park/beach and the old town, everything you could ask for is a 10 minute walk away. Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. We cooked quite a bit in the apartment, and the kitchen was well equipped. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
