1. The foul odor coming from the pipes (esp. in the bathroom) that never goes away. 2. The unit is right next to the trash collection area. 3. Clogged sink in the bathroom.

Sorry to say this but the bathroom had a foul smell. we couldn't watch Netflix. room was small. bed was small as well.
SEPlacement was good, your own apartment. Excellent wiews from window. Nice small balcony to sit and look out in the evenings when you have your homecooked meal. You feel at home. Highly recommended!
House rules, no alcohol should be clearly stated before you book! I understand no parties but not having a beer with your meal on the balcony feels limiting.
