The receptionist was so good and helpful. The place was quiet and value for money

The air condition was not that cooling and actually smaller for the full unit and the curtain was so light so morning time, the light is fully inside and difficult to sleep

Very nice studio apartment, and very helpful staff. The roof pool was welcome

I was disappointed not to have a balcony, somewhere to sit out. The air-conditioning broke down spectacularly, so unfortunately, I didn't get my pre-flight good night's sleep

Cleanliness and hygiene

The Reception was present to help with luggage and arranged food as requested. They arranged airport pickup as requested but charged a bomb for it.

Dark and dingy everywhere. No windows except one balcony in bedroom. power cuts but with generator back up in a couple of minutes. we had two bookings for continuous stay but they said we checked out. They wanted full payment as cash on arrival but we did not have enough foreign exchange so we gave partial amount. No receipt ever given to us till our checkout date.

Booked as it was close to the airport, so good for the night, AC worked, good wifi Kitchen - but no kitchen ware. Washing machine was handy Pool

Breakfast included - but I never got it. I was leaving early around 7am so not that early. They said it could be arranged but nothing. Arranged transport - expecting a taxi but was a person from the hotel (which is fine) who was late but I got there ok also I think over priced for the distance and what I've paid before. Maybe just get an uber or check their price. A little hard to find, it seems 3 companies work from there
