Le personnel très gentil, la localisation de l’hôtel derrière les rizières.

Le manque de draps et le manque d’intimité dans les chambres (tout doit être fermé - volet) si on ne veut pas être vu des autres

The property is beautiful and the family that run the homestay are so lovely. They are knowledgeable on the area and happily offered recommendations of things to do. The room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable which is hard to come by in Vietnam! It’s about a 10 minute walk out of the main town so was nice and quiet You can hire bicycles and mopeds from the homestay for exploring I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Ninh Binh

Wifi is sometimes lacking of stability The road outside to go to tam coc is quite dark and our bike (rented here) has no light or honk

It is a simple accommodation but we really loved it. The location is a little bit further away from the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds which was a bonus for us, yet within a walkable distance to restaurants, shops and spas. There is a nice little pool which we enjoyed. But the biggest highlight is the family running this place. They were very kind and doing their best to feel us welcome and enjoy our stay.

Ontzettend mooie plek, vriendelijk personeel, rustige locatie en alles is schoon.

Wat wij jammer vonden is dat de familiekamer wordt verkocht online als 5 persoonskamer, maar bij aankomst blijken dit 2 -2 persoonsbedden te zijn, een bed bijplaatsten kan niet waardoor je een extra kamer moet boeken. Wanneer ik dit vantevoren had geweten had ik deze locatie niet gekozen, nu was ik dubbel zoveel geld kwijt.
