Penthouse with spectacular views and two balconies

The penthouse is modern with incredible views from every bedroom and the living room/kitchen. The enclosed outdoor patio is perfect for watching the Northern Lights. The spacious bathrooms with rain showers are a luxurious touch.

This place needs better maintenance. The bathroom floors were extremely dusty! We had to place our luggage on the floor, and the sides became very dirty. While management was initially responsive, communication declined toward the end of our stay. Checkout instructions weren't clear about trash disposal. We received no response on checkout day and nearly missed our airport pickup because we spent time searching for outdoor trash bins. Additionally, one comforter had a blood stain, and a bed sheet had visible stains. Though clean sheets were available in the storage room, I shouldn't have to change bedding after a long day of travel and shower only to find such conditions. One bedroom closet door is broken and doesn't slide or close properly.
