the location is great

It was not very clean, needed a good hoover and no response from hosts when I emailed them. The beds are not great at all sadly.

Great location - quiet, but close enough to the beaches and town. And the sea is right there!

Noting worth mentioning

Lovely clean comfortable accommodation. The kitchen was well equipped, with tea,milk and coffee as well which was really appreciated on arrival. Close to train station, bus stop, Spa shop and Tesco Express and town centre. Seaview and allocated parking brillant

A few seconds from the beach and easy walk into town. Looks like money is being put in to updating it-kitchen and curtains look brand new (hopefully, bed, bathroom and sofas will be next).

Double bed was possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever slept (or tried to sleep)in. Shower was weak and leaking due to the lack of it having a washer in it.

We really liked the view, car parking was convenient and allocated which was great. The property was clean with crisp white bed linen. Plenty of towels were given also. The first room had a double bed which was comfortable however the second room with two single beds ( we were a family of 4) became very tight with both beds in the room.

The rating would have been higher had it not been for the poor electric shower ( it was almost a trickle unfortunately) and the provision of no kitchen essentials such as dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid or a sponge. It would have been a lovely touch to have a few human items like teabags, coffee for a cuppa for guests especially ones that have travelled over six hours. A small touch that would have been so welcomed.
