Nothing the property had everything needed for a comfortable stay
ESGBQuiet area. Kitchen was fully equipped, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. View spectacular across the bay.
Steps up to the flat were steep.

The entrance was a little difficult to navigate for me .
GBGBLocation is great, short walk to station, shops and promenade. Amazing views. Kitchen has everything you need. Comfy beds.
The exterior of the building, and the hall and 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment are shabby, cold, and a bit dirty. Residents in the other flats leave the front door open. We were there when the weather was extremely cold and the gas fire was very difficult to light. Eventually we were put in touch with Jenna, the owner, who is lovely, and she explained how to light it. As soon as the fire worked, the flat got warm and cosy. You have to pay a £300 deposit a week before your visit.

Shower in the family bathroom is a bit temperamental. There’s also no heating in the spare bathroom. The building the apartment is in, is tired and in need of refurbishment. Outside light wasn’t working which means the dozen or so outside steps up to the block’s outside door, are unlit at night, as is the key safe.
