Comfy beds, slept really well and nice walk up to Lover’s leap. Owner was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend

If I could score this higher I would. What an exceptional experience. The guesthouse is beautiful and spotless. The rooms have comfortable beds. We had far reaching views which were spectacular. Our bathroom was the best we've had so far in Sri Lanka. Glorious hot water. We ate there in the evening and the staff attended to all our needs. Breakfast was superb.The rooms were clean, cozy, and really nice. Just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Totally worth the price and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. -

Saubere einfache Unterkunft. Waren nur eine Nacht da.

Der Gastgeber ist super zuvorkommend ind gibt viele Tipps für die Umgebung und Unternehmungen. Die Lage ist nicht direkt in Nuware Eliya aber dafür im Nebenort (ruhiger, mehr Locals, bessere Preise, Natur pur mit Teeplantagen und Wasserfall um die Ecke!). Mit dem lokalen Bus ist man in 5 min in der Innenstadt von Nuwara. Das Zimmer war super sauber, warmes Wasser war vorhanden und das Frühstück und Abendessen war lecker und frisch vom Gastgeber zubereitet. Für unseren Ausflug in die Horton Plains hat er uns Lunchpakete gemacht und für unsere frühen Abreise hat er schon auf 05.30 Uhr das Frühstück zubereitet :) die Decken im Zimmer waren dick und wir haben nicht gefroren!

Die Zimmertür geht in Richtung des Geneinschaftsraums (Frühstück, Eingang etc.). Man hört also die Nachbarn und es ist hell, da die Tür einen Milchglaseinsatz hat. Ein Vorhang oder Plisee wäre hier super :)

I had an excellent stay at Frosty Heaven Guest House. The host was very nice and friendly making me feel trully welcome from the moment of my arrival. The room was very clean and the bad very comfortable. I liked a lot the location of the guest house in a peaceful and quite place, to about 10 min. by tuk tuk from city center,but also close to Lover's Leap water fall and with a spectacular view to the highest peak in Sri Lanka from the house terrace.

Chaal (the host) was very hospitable, letting us prepare food in the kitchen and helping us secure a taxi. The WiFi was also very strong. And breakfast was delicious.

A slight walk from town, but near shops and an easy tuk tuk journey to most places.
