There was an odd smell in and around the bathroom. Like a weird drain/fishy smell.

The apartment was really well appointed, very spacious and in excellent condition. The location was great and well situated for exploring Whitby and the surrounding area.

The 4pm check in time is a bit late coupled with the early check out time of 10pm. A 12pm check out time is stated in the property guide book. The heating in the living area could do with some instructions, I set it more by trial and error. The shower is a bit under powered.

From the start of the booking process until we left I received about twenty emails from host and stay! Most of them repeating something I’d received by email previously. I found this irritating and slightly stressful. The property was lovely but the booking process did not work well for me.
