Grande posizione e host molto gentili anche se non efficaci per quanto riguarda il Parcheggio

Le partí condominiali veramente pessime e mal tenute. Insonorizzazione verso l esterno e la rumorosità del frigo bar insopportabili.

La struttura è molto accogliente e si trova in un’ottima posizione se si vuole visitare Ortigia comodamente. I proprietari inoltre sono molto disponibili e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Esperienza più che positiva.

A gem of a place we treated ourselves to, and didn't regret it. The owners, Andrea and Lucia are going above and beyond to make your stay truly memorable. You can tell they are kind-hearted people, embodying the very idea of hospitality. The room itself was very spacious, impeccably clean, and generously equipped with all kinds of small details that make all the difference. Very comfy bed and perfect location!

It was a great experience. He meet us outside and was easy to find. Gave a very detailed explanation of the rooms and how things work as well as detailed information about who to contact for different activities and recommendations for food. Highly recommend and would do it again.

The rooms were very clean and modern and well positioned. Andrea and Lucia helped us with a lot of information about Ortigia and what we can see, where can eat and they also helped us with a free parking space. We really appreciated to met them.

The owners were very helpful. The property is advertised with free parking (garage) and although we did get free parking in the end, originally we received a message with instructions on how to arrange our own parking

the room was renovated but there was a strong smell of sewage. The building was in a bad state and the entrance to the building was via a filthy back alley.
