Das Zimmer ist sehr schön sowie großzügig eingerichtet. Es verfügt über einen schönen Balkon mit Sitz- sowie Liegeflächen. Insbesondere das Bad ist luxuriös ausgestattet und hebt das Zimmer auf ein sehr hohen Standard.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist leider äußerst enttäuschend. Mehrere beworbene Einrichtungen, wie die Driving Range oder der Running Path, sind bislang weder verfügbar noch überhaupt fertiggestellt. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, jedoch erkennbar nicht auf einem 5-Sterne-Niveau geschult, was sich ebenfalls negativ bemerkbar macht. Auch im Bereich der Verpflegung besteht Optimierungsbedarf: In der Regel ist nur das Hauptrestaurant geöffnet, und ohne Tischreservierung kann es vorkommen, dass Gästen kein Abendessen angeboten wird. Angesichts des hohen Preisniveaus wird der selbst gesetzte Anspruch der Unterkunft insgesamt bei Weitem nicht erfüllt.

Everything is more than perfect. Staff were great. Food was fantastic. Overall experience 10 out of 10. Recommended for families.

The food doesn’t match the standard of the property! Food 6/10

From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay perfect. The restaurant staff were exceptionally accommodating to vegan diets. Chef Pedro met with us to discuss our dietary requirements, ensured all the information reached the kitchen, and made sure we were well looked after and catered for during our stay. The food was by far the best vegan service we’ve experienced at a hotel. Anna, the chef, ensured everything was perfect, and Alex, the head waiter, made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Coffee and water were replenished daily. The room thermostat did not go lower than 18°C, the first night felt warm, but after discussing it with the staff, it seemed fine. The hotel offers extraordinary views of the countryside, making it a truly relaxing and picturesque setting. The pools were lovely and clean, with plenty of comfortable beds and towels provided. One pool was heated, making it very comfortable for the time of year. I also really enjoyed the yoga, which left me feeling truly relaxed afterwards. Every detail was considered, and the staff’s care made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to return!

Partly our own doing, but we left it too late to book the children’s activities and spa treatments during our stay. I found it challenging to check availability online and wasn’t sure what was offered. It would have been helpful to review an itinerary of activities available during our stay before arrival so that we could plan and book in advance. It would also be great if all the children’s activities and the spa area were available without needing to be reserved, as I had hoped to use the spa but didn’t get the chance.
