Quietness and the hot tub outside

Hot tub was very nice.

No proper lighting at bathroom.

The Hot Tub , but did not use it

The fact that it was a caravan or container and very very small .My husband couldn't stand up straight.The place was very stuffy with a bad smell.The bed was way too small .The shower water was uncontrollable either , too hot or too cold . Only saw a warthog 😳 nothing like the advert.I contacted the owner straight away and to accommodate us in a wooden hut and he said he was fully booked. The next morning I told the staff that we are not staying there another night as I booked 2 nights. He told me that a wooden cabin was available . I was shocked as the owner told me the previous night there were no cabins available. During the day I recieved a whatsap from the owner saying he could accommodate me in a wooden hut.We declined that and feel he should have done that the previous afternoon when we got there .

The water was too hot, I got burned 🔥 on my breast very bad

The jacuzzi is so great and the privacy was fantastic. Louis was excellent with communication and Rebecca and David were so helpful. The tiny home had all we needed and love that the fridge is a decent size. Loved my afternoon reading (and naps) on the daybed as well! Its a close drive to the safari mall if you need supplies and it is so peaceful. Saw fireflies for the first time and had some resident hornbills to greet us daily.

The jacuzzi is a slightly awkward height so would be great if there was seating inside of it.

Noisy guests. Owner sorted it very quickly

The shower is using gas so it was too hot couldn't control the water
