The location, outside space, 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen could be better equipped - not enough crockery for cooking a meal for four people (eg no lid for the large casserole dish). The single beds were uncomfortable. Could improve lighting in lounge. We went a week before Christmas and no decorations added at all - very mean hosts - they wouldn’t pay for a Christmas tree!!

The whole property is in need of a refresh and some basic maintenance. It needs redecorating throughout. the bathroom taps are very very stiff to turn, the sink in the upstairs bathroom basin is almost unusable due to the bathroom cabinet over hanging it on the left hand side which is very small in the first place. Probably our fault but the description and pictures did not clarify that the living room and double bedroom is upstairs we thought it was all on one level.

Great location, so close to the beach and parking too. Well equipped house with plenty of hot water and heating. Added bonus of a garden which is enclosed.

The cleanliness could have been better. The kettle needs a descale and is pretty disgusting. The upstairs showers needs it's sealant replacing as the black mould is pretty bad. The oven door seal is broken and there are no oven gloves. Little things, but do detract from a good property.
