Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was not cleaned peoperly, walls had fungus and paint was peeling. Toilets were not clean and water wasn't flowing adequately.

Services were really bad. The reception didn’t even switched on the light. No safety at all. Some of the staff members don’t know the boundaries, they enter the room without asking. Food is really bad. There was no proper locks to the room. Area is very sketchy

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. We had a windowless room that looked like a crypt. The plugs didn't work at all. The wallpaper on the walls was covered with tape, and instead of a handle to the toilet, the slot was plugged with paper. The bed linen was burnt and all in lint. When we entered the hotel they charged us 700 rupees for a transfer to the hotel and 400 (first they said 300, then they said a big car and you need to pay extra). We looked up uber and 2 ways we would have given 450 each way there and back. Then they tried to screw us over with the rest of the fees. Good location, clean washroom and very helpful staff. Room quality and food taste is also very good. Nirvana is like home away home.

i must say Nirvana is one of the best place to stay near airport, clean hotel rooms with spotless bed sheets. Good family hotel suitable for solo female travelers.
