GBGBTHE HOUSE WAS VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE LOCATION WAS RIGHT FOR THE PLACES THAT WE HAD PLANNED TO VISIT.

Too many gadgets we didn't know how to use - coffee machine, dishwasher, etc as we don't have at home.
GBPre/post arrival communication from owner good. House immaculate, warm and welcoming. Tastefully decorated. Lovely welcome basket awaited us and even a lit Christmas Tree helping encapsulate the cosy feel of the lounge/diner. All beds comfortable and afforded good sleep for all. Bath/shower rooms well proportioned and thankfully warm.
It is hard to think of anything we didn't like. (That being said, as a lady of maturing years and not as agile as I used to be, I did find the stairs a bit awkward to deal with because of their angle and steepness. - Not enough to put me off returning given the opportunity but I think it worth mentioning as it could be an issue for anyone with real mobility issues.)
GBA beautifully decorated and comfortable house which, for us, was perfectly situated for visiting family nearby. Plenty of space if you were a party of four and the main front bedroom was set up for very peaceful nights rest. We also appreciated the well appointed kitchen for making meals with ease.

GBThe place is lovely, has everything we needed, absolutely spotless (and I'm a fussy one!!) Peaceful location, not too far away from everything. Sarah was lovely and contact was spot on. I've visited this area of Norfolk more times than I can count and this is the best place I've stayed so far. I will be back!
