À Francos Artist Painting

The location was great, right next to the metro station (Francos). The kitchen was a lovely aesthetic and the back yard was spacious and quaint. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was nice to have a heater again (most places in Portugal do not).

The kitchen and bathroom were poorly stocked with supplies. There was very limited toilet paper and no shampoo/soap for us to use; those are minimum expectation when traveling. The kitchen provided almost as much, with no basics like salt/pepper, oil, or coffee filters. Those are things I do not expect to have to purchase when traveling. Providing all of those basics would take this rental from 'good' to 'great'.

Location was great, apartment was clean, host communicated the instructions well. Bed was comfortable too :-)

Good facilities provided with lots of varieties of coffee, tea and crackers. The room was Comfprtable with the good air con.

It was a bit noisy with the neighbours. But I guess you can't help it with the rooms right next to the entry doorway. Maybe making the walls soundproof might help?

The house has a terrace which was easily accessible. Air-conditioned room.

The shower knob was broken. The water passing out from the heater is too hot. No soap in the shower.

Pillows poor.as people have said noise from other apartment's but you expect that as everyone lives so close.it was ok

The wi-fi doesn’t work

It was good appartments with own kitchen and terrace. Very comfortable. No direct contact with host, but clear check in instructions. Very good location, super close to metro.

My sons get very strong allergy at the appartment. So if you have problems with that think about the medicines.
