HNLa camade la habitación estaba cómoda.
Que no tienen reembolso si uno quiere cancelar la reserva. Prácticamente te obligan a ir. Ya que no entienden que a veces es natural que un huésped por motivos de fuerza mayor tenga que cancelar.

If I have to say anything it would be that the light could be a little better in the women’s shower rooms. Was dark in the shower stalls and hard to see what I was doing
AUEverything! The whole property is immaculate and tidy and very secure. The 24hr reception is a big plus if you need to drop your bag off early in the morning before the volcano hike. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. Lots of chill out areas with hammocks, couches, and a terrace upstairs. Free coffee and tea available all day too.

GBVery clean, comfortable beds, good facilities and breakfast. A nice chill place to hide away from the busy city
The shower drain was blocked so the shower tray overflowed slightly. I was only staying one night so didn't mention it to staff in all fairness.
