Me and my fiancé loved it and found that the food and aesthetic was fabulous! Best hotel in philipsburg.

The air conditioning was cooler than we liked. But we just opened the door and heard the ocean waves. Lovely.

"Probably the best choice in center of Philipsburg"

very spacious room with all amenities, fan in the room, so did not have to use the noisy AC, staff helpful with securing taxi in busy traffic, good breakfast with view of the beach (7 items from the menu), nice snacks and cocktails at the bar, able to use beach before check-in

AC makes a terrible noise, crowded beach (but that comes with the location)

It was beautiful and very clean. Staff was amazing and friendly. They really went out of their way to help us.

We couldn’t use the water from the facet. Not even to brush our teeth. We got water bottles every day, but it was still annoying.

A nice boutique style hotel just on the beach with warm and attentive staff.

It's been a long time since my last visit and I wasn't expecting so many cruise ships and passengers to invade the bay and beaches. Shops are open daytime when the passengers are in town, but as soon as they leave ( by 6 pm ) it's all dead.
