"Pain, but okay for several days"

The apartment is great, looks good and clean, has coffee machine, very safe and close to the midtown.

But the stuff is just awful, answers after several hours, doesn't follow the conversation at all. Just like a bot. I wanted to check in early, at least 10am, but it was 16:00 and I literally cannot do anything about it, while stuff were lying to me, that o can do it through their application, there was no such option. I also needed to register outside of this app to use a room, that I wasn't told before booking and to flash my id information on third party site.
