Bright and Cozy Apartment on Aghmashenebeli Avenue

The apartment is located in a very old building, inner yard, off from the busy and bustling main avenue of the area = very quiet :) Outlay and set up of the apartment is nice and unique. On old apartment, with very high ceiling has made two-storage solution possible. One bedroom is on the first floor when 2nd bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Communication with the host was excellent, in numbers 10++ (which is outstanding in Georgia). Kitchen is well equipped, a nice (very low cost) bonus was having tea, coffee and sugar available. It gives a nice impression of the care of the guests. What else - the host gave a remote of the vehicle gate, which made parking possible in the reality - very rare option in Tbilisi. A large refrigeration with a sufficient freezer. Fast WIFI :) The last but not the least - the apartment was very warm (in late Feb) = the heating works which is once again rare thing in Georgian short term rental apartments :)

If saying "what I didn't like" gives a wrong impression - just pointing out that this apartment is not suitable for persons with mobility disabilities - it's on one floor up from the ground (many steps) and the bathroom is on the 2nd floor of the apartment. If you're not comfortable with stairs, then it's better to look something else, If the stairs are not a problem - then this apartment is a perfect choice when you need an apartment with two real bedrooms - not just sleeping on the coach. next to the metro. it has everything that you need in a house!!!!

the sheets on the bed were like plastic and they were sliding off the bed. the building is pretty old and the smell in the bathroom and out of the apartment leaves much to be desired.
