The property was very well located in the quieter part of Nungwi. The food and drinks were amazing and quality of the room (and view) was great. The staff was super friendly as well.

We stayed at Dhow Beach Hotel while traveling with a group trip, and honestly, everything about the experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely respectful, making our entire group feel at home. The location is stunning — peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly placed for relaxing after full days of diving. The hotel itself is thoughtfully laid out, well maintained, and has a calm, authentic atmosphere that really fits Pemba. The food deserves special mention: consistently excellent, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Meals were something our group genuinely looked forward to each day, and dietary needs were handled without any issues. Traveling with a group can sometimes be challenging, but the team at Dhow Beach Hotel was accommodating, organized, and attentive at every step. Their professionalism combined with warmth made a huge difference. Our group loved the experience so much that we’ll be returning annually. La struttura è fantastica! La stanza è bellissima tutta in legno e vista mare … incantevole .. la sera ho dormito col sottofondo del rumore del mare. La colazione ottima e la pulizia eccellente. Lo staff sempre sorridente. Ho adorato la Shisha ! Il proprietario è davvero gentile! La sera per via spiaggia ho raggiunto i localini più carini della zona in modo semplice e sicuro. Ci tornerò e consiglio la struttura.
