Problème d'eau chaude pour la douche et terrasse très sale . Impossible de s'installer car les sièges et la table très sales.

Brilliant location and huge rooms. Very luxurious

Water never more than tepid and actually cold some times. And air on in one room didn’t work at all. If these things are fixed it’s a wonderful place to stay

Excellent location...once you find the property!

The check-in process was extremely convoluted, especially four our party of four all being nationals from different countries.

De locatie lag erg centraal gelegen.

Voor het gebouw waren er wegwerkzaamheden, hierdoor was het gebouw niet goed bereikbaar met de auto. Dit was voorafgaand niet vermeld, maar zorgde wel voor veel lawaai. Het appartement is ooit mooi op gezet, maar is slecht onderhouden. Naast onderhoud, was het ook niet schoon. Met name het bad in de ensuite badkamer. Er was veel lichtinval van buiten in de slaapkamers, de gordijnen konden dit niet goed buiten houden. Ook waren er meerdere duiven die hun nesten voor de ramen hebben gebouwd, het geluid wat van deze vogels kwam, werd ook niet buiten gehouden. Hierdoor zat het balkon ook volet vogelpoep en was deze onbruikbaar. Daarnaast was er in de woonkeuken geen verlichting. Na het melden bij bet aangegeven nummer, werd er vlot gereageerd. Echter tijdens de gehele verblijfperiode is het niet opgelost. Uiteindelijk zelf een vloerlamp uit de gang te gehaald om een beetje verlichting te krijgen.

Wow factor from the building outside and right up to the room door. Even better when we went in. Bedroom great. Sitting area lovely. Bathroom fabulous. Fantastic high ceilings. All air conditioned and modern lighting throughout.

Location was great

The lights didn't work in lounge kitchen area. Neither did the ac, it was still locked on heating. We informed them via whats app as there are no actual people at the property. This was at 8.26pm on first night of three, eventually at almost 11pm I was informed we could move to a different room but had to return in the am, no thank you. Anyway the situation carried on for the entire stay being promised repair people and the fixing of the problems - to no avail, every time we were told somebody would come to sort out with " their team" nothing happened. We also didn't get the room we booked - this was not a major problem but still annoying. We booked 2 bedroom balcony apartment with 2 large beds but one room had twin beds. When I mentioned (as by this time I was getting frustrated with lack of assistance and customer care) they just said you got a 2 bedroom apartment. Now after being offered again at 11pm on the second night to move - why because lack of lighting didn't matter then as we would be sleeping .... So eventually apparently we will be receiving a 15% refund for lack of said ac. To the numerous staff members who couldn't care about the situation and just spoke the company policy. The building is a beautiful old bank, but it is completely soulless- the roof top bar, restaurant and bar not in operation. Positives - beds were comfortable, and close to old part and restaurants.
