Spacious one bedroom apartment in central location

Lovely high ceiling flat, clean and light. Perfect for a few days in St Annes. Excellent info and communication from David.

If you struggle with stairs (we don’t), this isn’t for you.

Good location, nice space, well equipped kitchen.

Parking can be a bit tricky as it is on road parking but was able to find a space within a few mins walk each day.

The apartment was ideal for two. It was comfortable,quiet, clean and had everything we needed. The milk and biscuits on arrival were very welcome. The bed was comfortable, the living room a good size and the shower provided instant hot water. The location was excellent being only short walk from St Anns shops and a bus was available for a trip to Lytham or it was a lovely 50 minute walk along the promenade. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Thanks David.

We couldn't find anything we didn't like, it was ideal for us.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable and great location. We were lucky with parking however can imagine in busy seasons it could be a challenge.

The propriety was great, had everything we needed.

The only thing to really mention is there is not specifically parking right outside the property but there was plenty of street parking.

Great size flat. Has everything you need.

Lots of rules about cleaning, you are always anxious something could go wrong with all those rules. I have stayed at quite a few places in St Anne's and none of them had so many rules.
