Modern and cozy apartment

Well kept, beautiful place to stay with backup amenities. Close to major routes, shopping centres, and airport. Management was ever ready to assist when help was needed.

The place is lovely .

I suggest that they arrange for someone to clean everyday when the apartment is occupied, because not everyone who will book the place will have the time (because of business) or capacity to clean for themselves.

Rooms were large , bed was very comfy.Decor especially the kitchen area and building exterior/ car park area was very pleasant.Lovely lounge area and good assistance from the manager / lady we dealt with for the booking. Also they have cute small touches like scented candles , and they also provided sachets of coffee/ sugar etc..

Aircon in main room did not work so it was boiling hot all night

The booking got cancelled by the host a few hours before arriving at the place. I was then rebooked to another property- Royal galaxy apartment by the host.

I liked the location of the place. The ambience of the place is just amazing. I liked how whenever we had an issue there was always someone to help us out either the garden boy or security guard. The security is also good. The place is well maintained.

Tiza went above and beyond for me and my mum. She was always on call when we needed her and went out of her way to be there and accommodate for us even driving us to the airport and other locations in lusaka. She is a verylovely person. The property is very modern and clean, there is a garden guy and security at night. The property is walking distance to waterfalls and twin palm malls and around 15-20min drive from East park mall. The neighborhood felt safe.

Cleanliness ,privacy and security

Beautiful new modern place. I recommend it 100%. Enjoyed it. They have power cut alternatives. Tiza the host is so caring. Beautiful.
