L'appartamento si trova a 10 min a piedi dal castello e dal centro storico di Bracciano ed è fornito di tutto cio che serve. Molto accogliente e pulito si trova in una zona tranquilla dove è possibile parcheggiare facilmente l'automobile. Ottimo il contatto con l'host molto gentile e presente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

El alojamiento tenía todo a la mano, cocina, lavadero, hervidor y un excelente anfitrión. Lo ambientes eran amplios y se tenía todo cerca, tiendas cafeterías

Hubo una reparación de la pista justo en la calle del alojamiento pero eso fue algo que escapa completamente del anfitrión

Cozy and spacious apartment in a quiet area. Everything you need is available. Flavio is a kind and reliable host. Recommended!

Nothing important. Just be aware that the lake is 25-30 min walking downhill. The way back wasn’t a problem for our young legs ;)

"Charming home with a character, responsive host, and a great stay!"

The place is a convenient 10-12 min walk from the train station downhill and is easy to locate. We had no problems checking in, as the host Flavio had sent us clear instructions ahead of time. He kept in touch from the day before the check-in and was just a message away until we checked out. The house is not your usual run-of-the-mill BnB. It has interesting vintage showpieces and is colourful and charming. It was clean, convenient, and smelled great. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, a small oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator. We enjoyed the nice collection of teas in the house while we stayed! The bedroom had clean sheets, hangers, storage, an iron box, a drying rack and a TV with Netflix. There were also clean towels and basic toiletries. We stayed here for two nights, and would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for a getaway to lake Bracciano.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The house keeps the promise it makes in the listing. A dishwasher would make this place truly unbeatable! :)
