Conveniet location. Close to swimming platform too. Responsive although unseen host.

Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny apartament, bardzo blisko do duomo, sprawna klima, blisko centrum, ale w bocznej uliczce, jest cicho. Był mały problem z łazienką (zbiornik na wodę), ale gospodyni była bardzo miła, szybko rozwiązała problem.

It was a perfect spot, on a delightful street in the heart of the city

Location to cafes, shops, waterfront was great. There was a good kitchen, so great to prepare meals, plenty of space in the open plan kitchen/lounge area. There is a laundromat close by when you need to wash your clothes. We could easily walk to the harbour swimming spots, and only a 10 minute walk to the parking lot.

There was a damp smell throughout the apartment which we just couldn’t get rid of despite using the air conditioning units in the lounge and bedroom. The bed was very hard, which made it difficult to sleep, there was no top sheet provided, only a bottom sheet and duvet. With 30 degree plus temperatures it would be good to provide guests with a top sheet and a light cotton blanket not a duvet.

Perfect location to explore Ortiga and Siracusa. Really comfortable property with good kitchen facilities and nice bathroom.

Could be a bit cold, but we were there at Easter. It would be a haven in the summertime.

Large steps to entry very difficult to manage

I booked this for my dads 70th birthday. This flat was perfect in every way! The decor, the feel of tranquility and location was just incredible! The host was very kind and accommodating with perfect communication and so helpful. The best place I have rented!

The apartment is fabulous with lovely modern updates while retaining its old world charm. It was very clean with facilities functioning well. It is very spacious with separate lounge, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen to one side of the lounge was excellent with everything necessary for an extended stay. The location is perfect in a beautiful laneway 60 metres from the Main Street in Ortigia. We actually walked from the bus terminus which took about 20 minutes but it was an easy walk on flat terrain with footpaths. We also used the local bus service to visit Noto which was well worth the effort. Stunning place. We absolutely loved Ortigia and were sorry to leave and a large part of our wonderful experience was due to our beautiful apartment. A very special mention must go to Mildrey who met us on the first day and was so delightful and such a help.
