There was no BF, RESTAURANT WAS NOT WORKING. NOT SUITABLE FOR STAY.

I do not like any thing considering that the rating is of 3*

At the outset I have tell that there is no value for money what I paid for this property. Breakfast is served like what we are served during our train journey. ie in a plastic tray with fixed items preared some where in their godown. Not fresh. Bath room used to flood when I take bath. Wash basin leaking. TV never worked. Even after complaining about the non functioning of the set of box, not bothered to correct the same. I booked Deluxe room . Your web site says , Mini bar, Hairdryer etc in the room but not available. Tea/coffee maker, though kettle was available no tea bags sugar etc. I stongly hope that I should be refunded the very standard rate and the amount I paid. Please take suitable action to do so.
