Sun Outdoors Pigeon Forge

The campground is nice and the bathrooms/bathhouse was exceptionally clean. Negative is there is no air conditioning in the bathhouse. I thought I was booking a Deluxe Cabin but unknowingly booked a Small Cabin. No running water and no bathroom. Mattress covers were dirty and torn. Mattress was horrible...worn out and sunk down. Price is way too high for this. The campground and bathrooms are nice. Just avoid a Small Cabin.

It was close to a lot of places.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I knew we had to bring in linens but was not prepared for no toilet paper.?

I only have one issue and that was that there wasn’t a fan or a/c in the second bedroom with the bunk bed. It was very hot in there at night as I was very happy I brought portable stroller fans for my kids to blow on them at night

Convenient, mostly friendly staff.

The listing is advertised incorrectly or with “fine print” they don’t call you to clarify until the day of check in then want to charge you the same amount to upgrade to a TRUE one bedroom. Just in it for the money. Hopefully they fix the issue and try to do better and be more clear about what you’re booking. Full time RVers aren’t the friendliest here either. Visited and been a part of several sun outdoors communities and this is my least favorite by far!
