Best bed I slept in so far in Thailand. Very kind owner and service. Breakfast was served on your own balcony.

Nothing, everything was above what I expected!

The beds were very comfortable!

Very small room with no space or furniture to put your stuff. Only a massive fridge that was used as a desk. The owner is really nice but when we had an issue with the shower (no water) it was difficult to reach him so we ended up using bottles of water to shower.

The location was tremendous. Close to good restaurants but still quiet expect for the occasional loud moto.

They moved us rooms after the first night. One of the two rooms they moved us to reeked of sewage, maybe 104. This is a known issue they choose not to address and choose to continue to let out the room. I only realised this after reading some more reviews. The porvided breakfast would have been a nice touch if the toast and sausages were not cold. The manager/owner is very friendly and helpful but that only goes so far when the room is so smelly and the bathroom is unuseable. I also found out many were paying less than half of what we paid, which is disapopinting but probably our fault for booking late.

The breakfast was very nice but unfortunately some morming cold. No means to keep it warm or reheat it
