Communication with the host, to have the information of the parking prior to the arrival, improve the way you enter and exit the building with the car.

I really enjoyed the facilities, that was the main reason why I rented it. The building has a great, spacious pool with warm water, and it’s also pleasantly warm inside the pool. The jacuzzi is very nice, and the gym is new, modern, and beautifully designed. None of these areas were crowded, which made the experience even better. The lobby is stylish and pleasant. The Wi-Fi was fast, and my apartment was on the sunny side, so it was warm inside — I didn’t experience the cold that some other guests mentioned. People are in general friendly and helpful but a little disorganised.

The biggest issue was that there was NO HOT WATER in my apartment during my entire stay because the boiler was broken. I reported this on the first day, and although the staff tried to resolve it — including visiting the apartment five times during my stay and even bringing a new boiler — the problem was never fixed, even though every time they were telling it's done. I was offered temporary solutions like moving to a different unit for a day or two and then moving back, which would have required packing and unpacking twice and it will take about 4 hours of my time, or going to another building just to take a shower. None of these options were practical for me, so I had to use the shower at the pool area throughout my stay. In the end, I received only a 30% (!!!) discount, which I felt did not fully reflect the inconvenience, the time spent communicating about the issue, and the loss of privacy due to multiple maintenance visits inside the apartment. Another problem was the fingerprint access system. It worked at the gym, pool and main entrance, but it did not work inside at the elevator when going from the ground floor to the upper floors. I informed the staff, but this was ignored, and throughout my entire stay I had to ask assistants or building staff to press the elevator button for me every single time. Communication was also quite complicated. There is a steam room by the pool, and I had to request it to be turned on through WhatsApp every time. Out of about six requests, it was actually turned on only two or three times, even though I reminded the staff multiple times in advance. The residential complex is located in an active construction area, so there can be noise and dust, and there is a large construction site directly outside the window.

1. Las almohadas son una piedra alta muy incomodas. Huelen a cabeza 2. Hace frio en las habitaciones y la ropa de cama es totalmente insuficient. pasamos frio 3. Las sillas de la mesa del comedor no tienen cojinetes comodos, son duras y no pude trabajar de corrido mas de una hora. 4. Acceder a los elevadores cada vez tuve que pedir asistencia del lobby para que fueran a activarlo y poder suvir. 5. Para poder utilizar los servicios de Alberca y Gym hay que activar huellas y registros.

We had a great experience staying at Neuchatel the place felt very secure every thing is high end they take extra precautions on who has access. The place smells great when you walk in it’s clean and the property had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. I love that there are stores and a mall at walking distance. I definitely recommend this place for anyone interested. I will return to stay here again.

My only complaint is that the price was a bit expensive and the laundry room did have detergent.
