I like how comfortable the place is, also for the people in the area like staffs/securities that are approachable. I also like the aesthetic vibes it gives and the host is approachable also when I have questions since it's my first time booking.
What I didn't like is only that the internet signal is weak/poor or losing connection sometimes, but overall it's good.
