We liked the location of the property. We have always stayed in Arezzo but in other units. This unit is nicely appointed. We loved that there is an AC in the room and in the living room. And that the TV is big. Internet is slow though. The kitchen is nice but could use a microwave oven as it is more likely we order delivery rather than cook. The bathroom is also nice. It could use a bidet also and maybe some liquid soap for washing hands. We liked the small key vault in the unit so it was easy to get the keys.
Points to improve: New sofa, microwave, bidet, hand soap. It would also be nice if fees for pets are waived since the attraction of booking here is that it is pet friendly. The couch probably needs to be changed as one can feel the metal when you sit.
