Great place very clean. Nice thoughtful touches, especially the milk and biscuits and the log burner being set up already!

Not a major issue, but the dog did wake us up the first morning at 5.30am barking on and off.

"We had a lovley stay in this very cosy annex which had absolutely everything we needed and more!"

Perfect location for what we needed. The house had everything we needed inside for our stay and was beautifully clean. The use of the log burner made it so cosy and lovely and warm and the owners very kindly even dropped brought us a lighter around in the evening! I would highly recommend this cosy annex!

Perfect little annex both immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Dog friendly walking near by in a beautiful woods with access to the river for dog paddling. There are two pubs in the village within walking distance. I would highly recommend the Cornstore restaurant in Welshpool for a meal, it was fabulous and only a short drive away.
