Ilaria was just the perfect host during the whole period. she was waiting for us and walked through the House explaining us everything in full details. the house was perfectly equipped from the coffee machine to the extremely confortable beds. the decoration of the house and the garden was just amazing. Ilaria was all time reachable and also personally present. congratulations Ilaria.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was excellent; the place was spotless, brand new, beautifully located and had everything we needed. But what truly made the difference was our amazing host Ilaria. She was simply exceptional: warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even fulfilling special requests with genuine kindness, including buying a new toaster and a brand new coffee maker just to ensure we had everything we needed. Her heartfelt care and hospitality turned our stay into something truly special. Highly recommended. Grazie Mille Ilaria!

A new, modern structure, beautifully decorated in white and light blue, which instantly conveys a sense of relaxation and hospitality. The apartment is thoughtfully organized and impeccably maintained down to the smallest detail. It features two bedrooms located on separate floors, each with its own private bathroom, and a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Every room has air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent — ideal even for remote work. A washing machine is also available. The garden is beautifully arranged in a Boho chic style and charmingly lit in the evening, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The property offers free private parking. There’s a supermarket with a cafeteria perfect for breakfast, as well as a local fruit market, just a short walk away. Ilaria, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. We travel quite often, but rarely have we felt as warmly received and pampered as we did here! Thank you, Ilaria, for all your wonderful recommendations — from restaurants to beaches and more!

We stayed as a family (4 adults and 2 children) and felt completely at home. The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped — from AC in every room to a dishwasher and mosquito repellent devices. Ilaria, the host, was incredibly kind: she welcomed us before the check-in time and even offered an extra night for free at the end of our stay. Highly recommended!

A little paradise with a beautiful sea view and a magnificent sunset from your own balcony. The apartment with two spacious bed- and bathrooms and a comfortable open kitchen, is clean, modernly furnished and also equipped with all conveniences! In addition to the four terraces at the apartment, there is also the lovely garden where you can enjoy a nice barbecue! And then there is the excellent service from hostess Ilaria and her team! They make sure that you lack nothing and know what service stands for! In short, highly recommended!!! We will definitely be back!

Spacious house with 2 bedrooms and in total four terraces/balconies, two of them with sea view! The bathrooms are freshly renovated. Ilaria was the kindest host ever, she made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Next time we will come back for more than two days!

The house is lovely. All brand new and super clean. All the modern amenities you need. Also very nicely decorated. If you are looking for a modern, luxury and spacious place to stay. Book this! Balconies on every side, so you can catch the sun the whole day and everyday sea and sunset view. The host is the best, she build and manages the place by herself, deep respect for that. She is always willing to help. If you want to know more about the area, the best restaurants or if you need something extra in the house. She arranges it for you. We will definitely come back!
