Everything was very good , nice garden and piece full area out side building

It will be better if have more options in Breakfast

Owner is very helpful with all types of requests. Hotel has nice garden spot. Food was well prepared and tasty.

The hotel was new in a new development area. It was clean. The food was great. Staff were friendly but we had some communication issues.

Communication could have been better. Staff told us they could book safaris. We agreed that he could book them and he had our passports. In the morning, I checked with the manager and he said that he didn't book it because I didn't confirm it?? If there is confusion, just ask us, we were in the hotel, especially because the bookings are time sensitive. We almost lost 2 safaris (morning and evening) which is why we came to Ranthambore in the first place. Luckily it was off season and there was still a spot available. the hotel is 1km from the town with nothing else around which is a bit far, especially at night. We were playing cards at night in the garden. At 9.15pm the staff asked us to leave the garden and turned off the lights so we couldn't see the cards anymore. We are a family, (not a partying bunch of people) who got kicked out of the garden which is surrounded by construction sites as the surrounding hotels are being build! Breakfast was between 8.30 and 9.30?? I had to take a bucket shower in a newly built hotel because the shower didn't work.

My husband and I had a great time at Ranthambore Jalsa. The stuff was kind and helpful and accommodated us with food and services. Shailendra went above and beyond to help us organise the safaris, booked taxis and step in when we were struggling with the language Couldn't recommend it more for your time in Sawai!

Room are spacious, new and clean. Personal is nice

It's a newly built property which is very clean. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting sawai madhopur !!
