Luxurious Central Apartment in Liszt Ferenc Square

The apartment was in an excellent location! It was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. We were a family of five, and our stay was very pleasant and comfortable

The level of cleanliness was good overall, but there is room for improvement. There was a shortage of cutlery, and the apartment could have used one or two additional chairs.

The overall cleanliness is really not acceptable. The bedsheets and pillows are dirty and stained, to the point that it feels uncomfortable to sleep in them. The bathroom fans are also extremely dusty and dirty, and in general the apartment does not seem to have been cleaned properly before our arrival. In addition, we booked the apartment for 7 people, but the sofa bed in the living room was not prepared when we arrived. We also noticed that there are only 4 forks, 2 teaspoons, and only 4 chairs available, which is not enough for the number of guests included in the reservation.

υπηρχαν χαλασμενο τραπεζακι σαλονιου . σπασμένο καπάκι τουαλετας. Ζητησα μπρικι για να ζεστανω γάλα αλλα δεν ηρθε ποτε. δεν υπηρχε κρεμοσάπουνο για τα χερια στο ενα μπανιο. ο καναπες ηταν παρα πολυ βρωμικος, δεν πιανει το ιντερνετ

The location was awesome, but there is no parking place at the front, as this is a central position in Budapest. You have a nearby parking garage, but it is expensive, about 3 euros / hour, and you don't have any discounts for staying a few days. The size of the rooms is excellent.

There was no communication from the host, apart from generic answers. He did not provided us the crib, which we asked for. He did not answer to our calls, and there were many. He did not answer to the questions I asked through the booking webpage. The sheets were not clean, in one room it is questionable if they were even changed, which is disgusting. The power sockets were hanging from the wall in many places, so it is dangerous for kids. You can see that the place was nice when it was renovated, but it is getting old, and that is quite seeable.

Location was excellent, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and public transportation in reach. Nice apartment, we basically stayed there only to sleep. Comfortable beds, my pillow would propably need to be change (noticed it from the pillowcase in the last night). And few floortiles were loose in the bathroom. But anyway this was maybe not luxurious but a nice apartment to stay in and we enjoyed our vacation.
