Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Die Bezahlung der Ortstaxe mit Fabrick ist viel zu kompliziert

The staff was very friendly, we arrived earlier and she managed to place our big luggage in the locker before we checked in at 3PM. The room was very clean, spotless. All the facilty are very new in th room. Close to bus stop and train station. Reception area has coffee facility.

The room is a little bit small.

The owner is a great person, helpful and warm with a lot of advice.

The location is great for getting into Venice

The retail unit below was being refurbished and the worker was using electrical power tools through the night.

La muy buena ubicación,la limpieza y especialmente la atención de la anfitriona muy amable y atenta.

El acceso al hotel son escaleras nada comodo para ir con muchas maletas y personas descapacitadas.

El recibimiento fue muy cordial

Durante los 3 días que ocupamos la habitación, no se realizó ninguna limpieza

We chose the property because of its convenient location, just a short walk towards Venezia Mestre station, restaurants , stores, laundry and other travel necessities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property staff was very courteous and helpful. Checking in was easy even without the staff's assistance.

1. Property is at the 2nd floor and has no elevator so you have to drag your luggages on a quite steep stairway. 2. Shower cubicle was too small (as most in europe) and you most likely hit the shower handle and switch the shower to either too cold or too hot unintentionally.

Posizione molto comoda davanti alla stazione dei treni.

Pensiamo potesse costare un po’ meno.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was so polite and generally i really enjoyed my stay here, i totally recommend

only the location, but i think thats just me, because i genuinely get scared easily
