Excellent communication with the owner, clean room, super close to the station

Check in only between 3 and 5 pm. Car parking slightly confusing

Struttura nuova, pulitissima, silenziosa, ampie stanze e a 2 passi dalla stazione.

Location is ideal, price was great, well sound proofed, super noisy outside, but quiet inside

Even if Google showed up the correct place on the map location not obvious at all , parked in the next door parking just to check in as street parking was very difficult . I was checking in late and it definitely fid not help. But worth the 5 minute wtf moment at first check in, everything else made up for it after

Hotel muito amplo, limpo e bem localizado para quem não for se hospedar em Veneza. Fica muito próximo da estação de trem, então pudemos ir passar o dia em Veneza e retornar com muita tranquilidade. Fomos de carro e havia um estacionamento (pago) próximo. Muitos bons restaurantes próximos ao hotel. A área não é muito bonita, típica de áreas próximas de estações de trem, mas nada que prejudicasse a hospedagem.

O bairro não é uma área muito bonita ou turística.

Tout le confort ,l’emplacement , les équipements, la propreté...

Hotel super bien situé. Proche de la gare et très bien insonorisé. Un bus et le tram à proximité nous ont conduit rapidement à Venise. Nous avons été accueilli par le personnel qui parlait français.

Pour un séjour de 2 jours une seule dosette de café.

Todo limpio, bien ubicado y el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte!
