Morden spacious new house

Good size for the group of us!

We are happy

House was spotless.

Some extra cooking facilities like salad bowls and serving bowls would have been good. Also extra tea towels and another chopping board.

It was perfect for our family trip and the location was handy.

Location was great for us. Also property suited all our needs

Large house, very hot water for showers, appropriate parking, and appliances.

Minimally decorated, frontyard, not groomed with multiple weeds.

Did our own breakfast. microw wave wasn't working but was replaced on the last night. Thought the grounds were rather messy my husband spent a bit of time pulling weeds just outside the lounge ranchslider which was our main view. Wouldn't take long for a professional to pull all the weeds. Would need gloves which obviously my husband didn't have. One of the family in the upstairs bedrooms mentioned something about the positioning of the tap. Didn't go into it as he said nothing could be done. All n all it was perfect for what we needed. It was a family wedding in Newstead and reception at Canarosa.

Nothing really, maybe just the gardens. Had trouble trying to get the TV to work. Gave up in the end. Didn't put the car in the garage - the door was very narrow think it might have damaged the mirrors. We have a pretty standard Kia. Must have been built for a much smaller car. Also trying to sort out setting the code when we went out. There were instructions on how to get in but none on how to lock when going out. Managed to figure it out eventually but would have been good if we had had them like the one to get in.
