Central Villa with Garden

Sehr schön gelegen, in der Innenstadt nahe am Fluß, Sehr schönes Haus mit Parkplatz im Garten. Vollständig ausgestattet, ruhige Lage. Hatten ein kleines Problem, dass sofort gelöst wurde (Wir hatten uns ausgesperrt) Wir konnten sogar am Klavier spielen

Our group of four women were very happy with the house and its fantastic location in a lovely neighbourhood. Very close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket and a lovely short walk along the river into the Old Town. Well equipped and plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. Jan (host) was great - quick answers to questions and very helpful.

The location was amazing with walking access to all of Ljubljana.

It was really good. A few niggly things with the house but these were resolved.

Very nice modern house with 4 double beds. All bedrooms a good size, 2 were slightly smaller. Situated just south of the river with good walks into the old town. Nearby shops, Bakery and good restaurants just round the corner. Bus stop nearby. Ljubljana is a beautiful city with lots of history and interesting things to do. Lovely castle with funicular to get up to it, if you are not so athletic. The host Jan was very helpful and easily contacted on whatsapp.

A few light bulbs were out and I found the rubbish disposal in Ljubljana a bit complicated.

A fantastic host with excellent communication. The house is spacious, spread over three floors, and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. There are three WCs/bathrooms, which is very convenient when travelling as a large group or family. The garden is a great bonus! The location is also very good.

Bath didn't work. Only one bedroom had a double bed, which worked fine for us as we were just one couple. However, it would have been better if the bed had a single mattress rather than two separate ones, as there was a gap between them.

Bella struttura, composta da 4 piani. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in 8 e ci stavamo comodamente. Al piano -1 c’è una lavanderia con tutti prodotti di scorta(es: cuscini, asciugamani, coperte) Al piano 0 un ampio salone con un divano spazioso, cucina, sala da pranzo e un bagno con all’interno solo un wc. Al piano 1 due camere da letto e un bagno con vasca, wc, bidet e lavandino. Al piano 2 due camere da letto e un bagno con doccia, wc e lavandino. Per arrivare in centro ci si mette circa 15 minuti a piedi accostando il fiume. All’interno del cancello abbiamo parcheggiato tre macchine in fila di media lunghezza, la casa dispone anche di un giardino che però noi non abbiamo usufruito vista la stagione. L’host della struttura non l’abbiamo incontrato, ci ha solamente scritto per darci le informazioni come recuperare le chiavi della casa e per spiegarci che potevamo usufruire del vino che ci avevano lasciato.

I letti non erano molto comodi. Tre erano da una piazza e mezza, solamente uno matrimoniale.
