Hot tub took 4 hours to get warm after being told about 1.5 hour. No wood on site, had to ring to get more and it took ages to have it delivered. Shower was poor, and for the £160 price you’d expect some wood, some tea bags / coffee / sugar. The grill for the BBQ was filthy aswel. Tv signal shocking aswel.
