"An Excellent Value for a UGA Game"

The facilities were clean and in great.cindition. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was close enough to UGA campus that it was a short drive.

I am not sure if the local Spectrum stations were available. If so, an explanation of how to access them would have been helpful.

Very comfortable from beds to lounge. We stayed for 9 days and it was easy to settle in. Great design with comfy sociable area to watch TV (which worked!). Love the dining table and high chairs - also very comfy. Beds comfy - slept really well. Showers great. Facilities - just what we needed. The host was great with communication and moving in and out was smooth. Nice touches - fully stocked herbs and spices carousel and blender for smoothies. Location was perfect for us as we were near UGA and the botanical gardens.

I couldn’t find a way to open the windows to air the rooms.

Great renovations. Two bedrooms and two and a half bath, we liked that. Good place to stay for more than a couple in Athens

"One night stop over during our road trip"

The property was ideally placed for a break in our road trip - travelling between savannah and Nashville. The town was lively with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from although we did have to drive to them. It was a practical apartment which provided all we needed. Parking was simple, directly outside the apartment.

"Comfortable condo with large bedrooms and convenient location"

Location was great and the condo was very quiet! Convenient location for UGA graduation. Communication was outstanding!

A few things were missing that would have made it better - luggage stands in the bedrooms would have been helpful to keep bags off the floor and bathroom hardware (tower bars or hooks) would have been useful
