Pos no conoces, mi rompio mi cadera y manda carta de doctor no puedo viajar en este momento y no regresaste me dinero. Seguro se rembolsar mi haces otro reservación pero ahora no. Muy disgustado!! Que feo alguien mayor y no puedo viajar con carta de doctor y no rembolso nada. Gracias para nada!!

The FULL buffet for breakfast, Lunch & dinner was stupendous. the STAFF was very helpful & thoughtful.
The food was not good and there was only one restaurant in resort. They charged me additional because they said I put one of my kids two years younger and I showed they I didn’t and they still charged me horrible customer service!!! I will never stay there again.

La gente muy amable,el buffet muy rico Solo que el sunset palace estaba siendo remodelando pero no nos dieron aviso,tuvimos que estar preguntar afuera asta que un chico nos dijo que fuéramos al océano palace de la misma marca y nos recibieron ☺️
