"Необходимо поменять матрас"

Хорошее расположение, до многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. В квартире всё соответствует фото, чисто, уютно.

Единственный минус это неудобный матрас, пружины прям выпирают и очень неудобно спать на нем.

Good location. Everything is down below on ground floor: markets, cafes, even yoga. Residential complex has private courtyard. Perfect with children.
