Khaolak Palm Beach Resort

Very nice hotel at the beach but just a few rooms with partial sea view. It has a warm thai atmosphere and the pool and the beach were never crowded. All stuff is lovely and I would come here again.

Our room had no curtains so we had to close the shutters every time we wanted to put cream or in the evening.

Klimaanlage sehr laut

Bis auf den Wasserdruck war das Zimmer absolut super. Beim Empfang war ein leckerer Früchteteller im Kühlschrank.

Der Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig, ich war in über 20 Unterkünften auf meiner Thailand-Reise, dies war mein teuerstes Zimmer und es hatte den lausigsten Wasserdruck. Den Wäscheservice lässt man besser in der Stadt machen, dort sind die Preise um ein vielfaches besser.

Hotelli oli juuri sopivan kokoinen, kodikas ja siisti. Ranta oli kaunis ja puhdas. Palvelut 1,4 km:n päässä, helposti pääsi kulkemaan paikallisilla lavatakseilla, joita oli parkissa heti hotellin ulkopuolella (hinta 100 bahtia). Puutarha oli rehevä ja kaunis. Bungalow 1102 ja 1101 ihan parhaalla paikalla. Terassilta näkymät rannalle, aamupalaravintola ihan vieressä, samoin uima-allas. Kerrankin oli paikka, jossa aurinkotuoleja ei varattu etukäteen. Kaikille riitti niitä hyvin ja niissä oli hyvä maata. Hotellin ravintolasta sai koko päivän juomaa ja ruokaa. Ruoka oli herkullista ja hintataso edullinen. Upeat auringonlaskut kruunasivat lomapäivät. Henkilökunta ja palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huoneeseen tuotiin joka päivä puhtaat kylpy -ja allaspyyhkeet. Huone oli siisti ja asiallinen. Menisin uudelleen!

Accès à la plage direct, la piscine avec vue sur la plage, les transats nombreux. Une belle plage, pas de monde, avec un peu d’ombre, l’eau est bonne, propre et on peut rejoindre le village par le bord de mer en marchant sur la plage. Le bungalow est grand, spacieux, lit confortable, salle de bain nickel ! Personnel très aimable 😍

Je n’ai rien à dire de negatif peut être l’emplacement pour en sortir en scooter, au bord d’une route très passante mais on ne l’entend pas le trafic de l’hôtel.

The hotel grounds, pool areas, restaurants were lovely. The room size was great, bed comfortable and bathroom good, although we were plagued by ants in the bathroom and it was a little tired but it didn't spoil our stay. The beach was beautiful and we had a good choice of restaurants in neighbouring hotels. Whilst on the edge of Khao Lak we enjoyed walking along the beach and into town through one of the hotels or a taxi was around 150/200 dependent on where you went in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 6 nights.

If staying longer we would have felt it a bit too far out of town for us as we like to eat in different restaurants each night.
