GBThe Day we arrived at the hotel, the only road leading to the hotel was blocked with debris from a building which was demolished prior to when we got there. Which made the road unsafe for me and my family with 2 young kids to walk on we somehow took the health & safety risk to walk on that rubble as there was no other option which resulted in my kids being traumatised and they started crying. I reported this to booking.com and requested a refund but was told by customer service they will look into it but up until now, it hasn't been resolved.
On top of all the trauma we endured due to our experience a few days later a review was posted on my behalf giving this hotel a review of 10 which I was very disappointed with, I am not sure how the hotel did it but it was very misleading for other customers who would have read my review and booked there.

For people 5.10 and above in height, beds are too small. I am 6 feet and my feet were always outside the bed which was a little uncomfortable. The room was a little smelly and I suspect the smell was coming from the carpet.
