Shared house on Southmead

Only redeeming quality was the TV’s. Although you’ll probably get bitten while you watch😂

Unfortunately had a disappointing experience to say the least. One of the rooms upstairs was infested with bedbugs, leading to one of my friends getting bitten all over her arms. Room 2A had a colony of ants in the cracks of the wall, we found smartwhip canisters outside the double doors, and the double doors to the room wouldn’t lock! Unfortunately my friend has understandably been traumatised by this event, it’s absolutely disgusting that landlords like this take no duty to prevent these things from happening in the first place. To top it all off, we were informed by the landlord that if we all checked out, we would receive a full refund. Of course he went back on his word and only gave us a partial refund. If you want to get bitten and infected while you sleep, this is the place to stay. If you also like dealing with incompetent and stingy landlords, then this is definitely the place for you. In my opinion, you would be doing yourself a great disservice if you choose to book your stay here.

It has some lice on the bed, that make my son’s skin itchy.

There were bedbugs everywhere. This whole place is a health and safety hazard and should be reported. The owner(s) clearly know about the issue and haven’t done anything about it.
