Our stay in this apartment in Palermo was absolutely wonderful and I can highly recommend it. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well equipped — it truly had everything I could possibly need, which made us feel right at home. Even though we visited in February, we had no issues with the cold at all, which was a very pleasant surprise and shows that it’s a great place for a winter stay. I definitely encourage visiting outside of the high season. The location is excellent — the street where the apartment is located is very charming, and the view is simply lovely, which made our stay even more special. The host was incredibly kind, helpful and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire stay. You can really see that they care about their guests. It’s also a fantastic place for a family with a child — comfortable, quiet and very functional. We would happily come back again :)

Close to all the sites but quiet Plenty of restaurants within a quick walk Spacious - hot shower -comfortable bed Plenty of light and even a mountain view! Host met us and allowed us to arrive early at n/c - very kind!

Nothing! I will mention that’s it’s 4 flights - 50 easy steps to the unit. No problem for us but if you have any mobility issues just do you know!

Giorgio arrived a few minutes after the taxi driver dropped us at the apartment.

The building was in a good location, but the stairwell had an odor and some of the marble steps were broken. The apartment itself was immaculate and very comfortable.

The apartment is close to all the main attractions and is well equipped for cooking. It is close to the centro storico, though very quite at night. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Clear communication with the host who provided suggestions for restaurants and nearby supermarket.

There is no lift, so pack light.

It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts father met us and showed us the apartment. Bed, pillows and shower were excellent. The apartment has a little closed in terrace to sit and read and enjoy the light and fresh air. The location was excellent. We had a very early flight in the morning and Giorgio arranged a shuttle to pick us up at our door, it was a huge relief and reasonable cost.

Everything - very comfortable, clean, spacious and terrific location. Air conditioners were amazingly silent - best ever in a hotel/rental property! Warm welcome from the owner’s dad and attentive responses to messages.

Common parts shabby but not a problem once in the apartment.
