Condo At Shell Residences

Walking distance to MOA. Convenience store, restaurants and cafe are very accessible. Easy to book grab. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious.

I expected the room to have a pool view, but instead, we got a room facing an unfinished condo building—which looked pretty eerie at night. One thing I really didn’t like was the cockroaches. There were a lot of them, especially at night. I even found a medium-sized cockroach on my pillow when I woke up, which made it really hard to sleep the following night. Thankfully, I found an insect spray in the cabinet below the sink that helped get rid of them, but it was still a huge nuisance. The room definitely needs to be disinfected and thoroughly treated to eliminate all the cockroaches.

The bed and sofa bed are old already, springs are broke. AC is does not get cold enough

We had a comfortable 2 days stay! The unit is clean and well maintained, it has complete kitchen essentials that you might need during your stay if you want to cook. Miss Tess also provided towels, extra blanket and pillows. Hassle free check in and check out. I would definitely choose her accommodation again if I need to stay near moa arena again.
