"Okay to stay for one night before departure from Manila after visiting Mall of Asia."

Walkable distance to Mall of Asia. Nicely decorated lobby. Spacious room. YouTube on TV. A pool nearby the flat (entrance fee is 150 peso power person).

Room wasn't made at the mentioned check-in time. At 2 p.m. cleaning was still in progress. It's a privately owned flat in an apartment building, not a hotel. Do not expect a 24/7 front desk. Check-in is a bit tricky. You need to arrange meeting with the owner somehow. If you don't have a local phone number you need to call via roaming. Loud music played somewhere nearby till midnight. It was hard to fall asleep. No water, no toiletries provided. Towels where provided but there were no hooks to hang them on. Blanket was not cotton-covered. All the guests sleep under the same blanket, actually.
